Verum Diagnostica is a 100% daughter company of Dynabyte Informationssysteme GmbH. Both companies are located in Munich downtown, Germany, close to the popular Gaertnerplatz.

Our mission is to develop, produce and market clinically relevant and high quality products for haemostasis diagnosis, to be a good partner with our customers and business partners and to provide a good work environment for our employees.

Before the development of Multiplate® Dynabyte Informationssysteme GmbH created the ROTEM® technology which was licenced in 2000 to Pentapharm / TEM Innovations (www.rotem.de).
